I had been searching for a BMW for a long time. I saw the vehicle on the website called in, spoke to George Sarkisian and told him I was interested in this particular vehicle. We did a complete walk through of the BMW and Angelo answered every question I had and then some. After the test drive which was a unique experience it was decision time. I felt like I had known Angelo for years at this point. Throughout my time there was never any pressure for me to purchase the car. I have bought many cars over the years but, Angelo by far has been the best salesman I have had the pleasure of working with. This was a great experience. My wife and I started by wanting to test drive the new 328i xdrive. We walked in about half an hour before closing and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Kam was our sales person who took us for the test drive. He was very knowledgeable and best of all he just let us drive the car and come to our own conclusion. After the test drive, I was expecting a big sales pitch but to my surprise, he was very understanding. He worked the numbers and when I said I would have to think about it and shop around, he did not press. We exchange contact info and called it a night. The following week after I did my research I emailed Kam with the numbers that I was comfortable with. Again, to my surprise, he made it work. It really felt like he was working for me and trying to get me the best deal. Kam was great and I highly recommend. I would of never bought the car if it wasn't for him. He did everything possible to make the deal happen. Patrick BMW has a great staff. Everyone is extra friendly and accommodating.
