750i STOLEN FROM SERVICE BUT CUSTOMER RELATIONS WAS WORSE!!! MY 750i WAS STOLEN FROM SERVICE WITH MY KEY AND THEIR ANSWER WAS SPEAK TO THEIR LAWYER?? I would definitely steer very clear of this dealership. My car was taken in to replace a flat tire. I received a call two days later to notify me they LOST my car?!?! They had to file a police report and the car was recovered 2 days later in Chicago. I UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN BUT THE KEY WAS MISSING FROM PATRICK. I also understand that theft happens but its unacceptable when its from a dealers service center; here is why I rate Patrick negatively. The way this situation has been handled is deplorable. I still have not put eyes on my vehicle since December 26th 2018, I have been called and offered some tires and alignment, without even seeing the vehicle, when I refused to accept anything before a comprehensive inspection was completed, they put me on ignore and started the voicemail game, I finally was told to call their lawyer......yup this is real. Do you want to trust your six figure investment with people like this? If this is service, is sales lacking integrity? The top makes the decisions and so far they have decided to ignore loosing a $100,000 automobile and show little if no remorse about their role in the situation. More
