Bought a used car in February 2011, DTS 2008 model at Patrick Cadillac, when we arrived home from the dealership the car started to smoke and leaking fluids and had to be towed away. The car was in the shop for three days and after not hearing anything from them had to call them to find out what was going on. When we got somebody on the phone nobody knew why the car was there? Second, had to fight and argue for five months to get a second key, remote control and a manual for the car. Several e-mails, phone calls and visits to the dealer were made in order to get these items. Mr. Frank Amadeo mostly ignored the e-mails and phone calls. Third, once the key was ordered they sent us a post-card in the mail stating a part was ordered and needed to call within fourteen days before the part would be returned. The card I received in the mail had no Patrick Cadillac Logo or phone number to identify who was sending the postcard. Incredible that a so called reputable dealership sends a piece of mail that does not identify them. Also, no courtesy call at all to say your part has arrived. Two months later after holding this card and wondering who sent it to us we went to the dealership personally and asked if they had mailed it. We were encountered by the most arrogant, rude, I don't care attitude personnel we have ever met. They acted like it was not their problem and kept sending me to the next department which was two steps away from each other. They definitely don't work as a team. Finally, when we got the key and remote programmed we waited 45 minutes and when we went to the service desk found the female attendant on the phone arguing with a customer and she came and literally threw our keys on the counter with no explanation while she continued arguing on the phone . WHAT A RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. In the past, we purchased a Cadillac at WEIL Cadillac and the treatment we received by them was SUPERIOR. We deeply regret choosing and purchasing from Patrick Cadillac. More

I always enjoyed getting my Cadillac cars serviced at Patrick Cadillac. Their staff is very friendly and always extremely helpful and are no comparison to other dealerships. I came in looking for a new SUV or crossover. Bill was my salesperson. He was attentive, courteous, and really listened to what my needs and preferences entailed. Absolutely no pressure, to the contrary my salesperson. He was attentive, courteous, and really listened to what my needs and preferences entailed. Absolutely no pressure, to the contrary he wanted to be sure the vehicle I chose was the one I really wanted and was the best choice for my needs. I left with a very slightly driven fully loaded SRX. John was my mentor as far as teaching me how to use all the bells and whistles on this dynamic vehicle. I am still experimenting, but feel confident I will master all the features. The best part is that both John and Bill even offered to come to my home if I needed further tutoring! More

My CTS was recalled for a break issue and I was informed it would be a two hour repair. I was first in line at 7:30 and needed my car for business appointments. I waited an hour and 50 minutes and was then it would be a two hour repair. I was first in line at 7:30 and needed my car for business appointments. I waited an hour and 50 minutes and was then told then that another part was broke during the repair and that part would not be available until later in the day. I asked for a ride and was driven home to Arlington Heights. My fault for not asking for a loan car. I had to cancel/reschedule my appointments for the day. My CTS was ready at 5:30 and I was given my keys an an apology. At that time I asked if there was any consideration for the loss of my car for the day. I was offered a free oil and filter change for the inconvenience. Everyone was courteous, I am not sure if I am upset about losing my car for a day or pleased that it was repaired and I was offered a free oil and filter change. Bud Domagata More
The experience was great the young Lady in the service Department who handled my service request was charming, gorgeous and knowledgable. IT could not have been a better experience. I have owned 3 Cadillacs Escalades since 1999--each better than the last one. All have come from Patrick and all that is the only place I will go for service also (and I live 20 miles away.) I went in for an oil change and tire rotation.... I asked them to check everything over. A few days later I noticed a very loud noise in the rear tire area... made another appointment and they said I needed them to check everything over. A few days later I noticed a very loud noise in the rear tire area... made another appointment and they said I needed brakes and rotors.... why didn't they check like I asked them to? They had the tires off to do the rotation... how hard was it to check? What a waste of 29.00 for the rotation... what a waste of my personal time to have to go 3 times! More
