Jack was great. He explained every part of the car to me as well as shown me how to use all the tools before I left the dealership. I felt very comfortable with him and trust him to helped me get the best d as well as shown me how to use all the tools before I left the dealership. We had been in the market for a new car for awhile and nothing at the other dealers interested us and in some cases when we told the sales staff that we were browsing they dissappeared. In some cases we had to hunt for a sales person to talk to which was very frustrating. When we got to Patrick Hyundai we were met by Gary Schweinert and he was very helpful and acommodating and friendly. We took a 2011 Elantra for a test drive and were very impressed with the vehicle. We ended up ordering a 2012 Elantra and we were told it might be a bit of a wait but that was fine with us. We left that day satisfied with the level of service we had received and couldn't wait to get our new car. We were pleasantly surprised when we got the call 3 days later that our car had arrived. When we went to pick the Elantra up we were amazed at how smoothly the delivery went. Gary did and excellent job explaining the features of the vehicle to us and Jesse Laheta was awesome when it came time to do the paperwork to finalize the deal. I would highly recommend Patrick Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new car. The level of service was better than anything we expected. Went in to look at/possibly buy a new vehicle. Met Bil F. and we talked about my intentions. He showed me vehicles I was interested in and let me test drive a model. Then we sat and talked and I told him what my expectations were in a new vehicle and what I could afford. Ultimately, I decided to trade in my 2008 Veracruz and buy a 2012 Tucson. I was very happy with my purchase and the fact I was able to make my decision with the feeling of being pressured. Bill was a very competent and knowledgeable salesman, and also very patient. All of the staff I encountered was very pleasant, friendly and helpful, including the New Car Manager and the Aftermarket Specialist. They were willing to accommodate my wishes. Bill even did a follow-up call a week after my purchase to make sure everything was fine with my vehicle. A week later I stopped in because of a minor issue with my new vehicle, and it was immediately taken care of. (I was prepared to leave it for service but didn't have to). My first prerequisite with any business is great customer service. I'm pleased to say I received it at Patrick Hyundai. My entire experience was a very pleasant one. I expect to be in and out of Patrick over the next few years for routine maintenance on my vehicle, and I'm sure I will receive the same manner of service I received at the time of purchase. Attempted to locate a problem when there was no information from the computer scanner. At the request of Gus, I allowed Dominic to take the vehicle home to see if the problem would occur while h information from the computer scanner. This dealerdhip is HORRIBLE!! Went in to buy a car I had already chosen online, waited 4 hours before anyone helped. Had to come back two other times before the car was "mine". They even went as far as to switch the paperwork I agreed on for purchase price & bumped it $3,000!! Then the battery went out after 2 months!! Do they not check what they sell?? I tried to get the to refund me after all the fustration I have delt with them and have called at least 20 TIMES! Joe the used sales manager then decides to hang up on me. More
In my many years of car buying, this purchase of my new 2012 Hyundai Sonata Limited was was the BEST car purchase experience I have ever had. The internet quote(lowest price of 4 other dealers)the response time, detail and information provided by the internet department team Kristin Fritz and Zach Blang was exceptional. Shortly after I received the internet quote I recieved a very warm email from Ricky Parez the Patrick Hyundai General Sales Manager thanking me for my interest and offering me any assistance to earn my business. I was impressed with this type of personal assurance from management. I went into the Patrick Hyundai store and was greated very warmly. I asked for Zach who appeared very shortly, we met, he was very friendly and introduced me to my terrific sales executive Darrick Triplett. After some friendly discussion I gave Darrick my internet quote and told him lets do the deal and write the order. I was aware that few dealers had much inventory if any of 2012 Sonata Limited's, especially in black with a black interior. I told Darrick I was willing to wait knowing the 2012's are just starting to be delivered. Darrick wrote the order per the internet quote, I put down my deposit and Ricky Perez General Sales Manager approved the deal. Darrick assured me he would keep on top of my order watching the weekly dealer allocation list and keep me advised. I left this dealership feeling very good about my entire experience. Absolutely NO pressure, no attempt to sell me anything else, no attempt to up the price. Finally last week a black 2012 Hyundai Sonata Limited came in but it had a grey interior and I wanted black. While I was offered that car, Darrick said he had located one with a black interior at another dealer 100 miles away. He said if I agreeed they would make a trade with the dealer, he would personally go and pick up the car I wanted at NO additional cost. I doubt many other dealers would provide that level of customer service. I agreed and within a few days My car was deliverd as wanted, absolutely NO hassels. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the exceptional attention to detail and level of customer service I received from the entire Patrick Hyundai dealership team. Darrick was so very accomidating spending several hours showing me the many details of the cars operation, and setting up my cell phone to work with the cars built in Bluetooth system and setting up the car garage door opener. I know I can call Darrick anytime for his assitance about my car. If you want to deal with an exceptional great honest car dealership team go to Patrick Hyundai, get your internet quote, and ask for Darrick to handle your purchase. I have only had the car a few days, the car is beautiful, everything appears to work, the car drives and handles like a dream. It's really fun to drive.
