We went for a test drive , The car was exactly as described & just what I was looking for. Tom was great. We negotiated a great price along w/my trade in w/used car Sales mgr.Jose’ & completed everything promptly. I had done my homework on the vehicle in all competing dealerships in market place. Tom & Jose’ were complete professionals & pleasure to do business with. Ketyra handled all the documentation accurately & immediately The entire experience was outstanding. There should be a zero start rating for the service I received.Service agent gave me his business card so I could contact him with any issues with the service I received. My numerous calls went unanswered and there was no voice mail set up to leave a message about how my problem was not fixed. Made numerous calls to the main # and was promised a call back that never came. It took me 4 days to get an appointment set up.My Tuscon has been consuming oil and I'm in the first stage of their prolonged oil consumption test. The oil issue has caused my catalytic to be clogged. Patrick wanted $4000 to replace the catalytic converter even though the problem was caused by the oil consumption issue. More
We have had our 2023 sante fe to the service department 5 times for same issue. Towed in today. Just called and was told it was fixed and reset… find that hard to believe again! Problem happened over 25 times for same issue. Towed in today. Just called and was told it was fixed and reset… find that hard to believe again! Problem happened over 25 times but eventually went into gear. Missed work, missed social gatherings. this is our only vehicle. Now we need to find a ride it Uber out to dealer to pick up car. So frustrating….can’t count on this car. More

Our salesman was pretty good but the place was under construction and mess. We even had to jump in a car and move it out of the way so we could get through the parking lot. The biggest issue was that the car we test drove wasn't prepped. We noticed a horrible moldy odor as soon as we got in the car and there were french fries on the floor. Instead of prepping the car someone put scent blocks under each of the front seats. The salesman committed to getting the vehicle prepped and call us back. Unfortunately, he won't even return our calls. I purchased a BMW from Patrick several years ago and everything was great. This was my first experience with Genesis and is was extremely disappointing. Daughter was leasing a 2019 Santa Fe. Lease had come due, and she ended up buying the vehicle. Came by the house, and I was finishing up an oil change, and rotation on the wifes car. I s Lease had come due, and she ended up buying the vehicle. Came by the house, and I was finishing up an oil change, and rotation on the wifes car. I said let me look it over. Said she just had an oil change 2-3 weeks ago at the dealer. Ok, so I open the hood, and the first thing I notice is the coolant resevoir is bone dry. Pull the dipstick, and the oil is coal black, and is shearing on the dipstick. Brake fluid is about 2" low in the master cylinder. Told my daughter all this, and she could not believe it! I told her no more dealer, as long as I can do it. Topped everything off, and has been good. Just changed oil yesterday, rotated tires, of which she will need 2 new tires, because they never rotated them at all, with 41,000 on the odometer. Also, she needs a set of brakes, which I will install myself. That is why the master was so low. After an inspection yesterday, brakes tomorrow! Going to this dealer, and give the service manager a piece of my mind! Told my daughter if you had kept taking that car there, you would NOT have a car in less than a year! I can't believe the neglect on the dealers part!! More
this is the worst dealer i have ever been in my entire life, ii am 47 yo. my car was in their service for 2 months. they are thieves, they told me they changed my brake rotors. i paid 856$ to find out t life, ii am 47 yo. my car was in their service for 2 months. they are thieves, they told me they changed my brake rotors. i paid 856$ to find out that they did not even surface them. liars, thieves do not buy or service your car with this dealer with these people. they also stole the manual and a bottle of cologne from my glove box. I am most likely going to sue this dealer. they never return your call like they say worst customer service ever More
We have been customers of this Patrick dealership for close to 20 years with our Mini Coopers. Would like to mention our experience when we went in for a test drive. We had no intension of purchasing a car that day, but Johnny Storelli took great care of us. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed and it felt like we were dealing with a friend. My husband has major health issues and Johnny was so kind and helpful. We now have a new car that we love! Will definitely recommend Johnny and Patrick to our friends. More

He gave us time to think things over but always kept in contact with us all the way through the purchase. On Veteran's Day, I went to Patrick Hyundai and spoke with a Salesperson named David. I wanted to take a test drive in their 2023 Hyundai Elantra N Model. I was looking to trade in my 2022 Veloster, whic with a Salesperson named David. I wanted to take a test drive in their 2023 Hyundai Elantra N Model. I was looking to trade in my 2022 Veloster, which was too cramped and bumpy for me. I provided some numbers after the test drive, such as payment desire and down payment. Dave sent my information to his sales manager. I listened intently to their chat, and based on what I heard, the sales manager determined that my numbers were a non-dealmaker without even checking my credit report. When Dave returned to me, he informed me that I needed to put additional money down, despite the fact that they had not checked my credit record. I decided to go to another dealer that same day who was able to provide me a 2023 Hyundai Elantra N Model for MSRP with no money down. From Veterans Day through this past Monday, Dave kept in touch with me, checking in to see whether I was still looking. He even wrote me a Happy Holiday and Birthday email, which I much appreciated. Given the frequency with which Dave contacted me, I assumed Patrick Hyundai was eager to work with me in the future. I happened to be seeking to update my 2023 Hyundai Elantra N Model, so I contacted Dave on Tuesday to inquire about a car. Dave informed me that they had the vehicle I wantd, so I went to the showroom on January 11th, 2023. After I test drove the vehicle I provded numbers to Dave and he presented it to the same shop manager as he did on Vetearns Day after running my credit report, and I overheard the sales manager say Dave "There is no way in xxxx that I can get a sale done with those numbers". After that, I decided to leave and negotiate with another dealer. I've lived in the Chicagoland region for nearly 5 years, and I've decided it's time for me to relocate due to the discrimination I encountered while making various purchases. I've been exposed to racism so many times that I'm familiar with the tricks dealers use on customers of color, such as the numbers game. So when I go to the dealership, I go along with their game to determine (1) whether they want my business or (2) if they want to run a game on me. For example, if a sales manager discovers that you know arithmetic and desire a certain payment, they will identify the sort of add-on that they may "attempt" to add to your loan deal. This is why you should NEVER tell a dealer how much you are willing to put down upfront or how much you want to pay monthly. I decided to do this because, again, after going through this process many times, I wanted to see what cards Patrick Hyundai were going to play. Its a shame that Patrick Hyundai was so willing to lose my business to another Hyundai TWICE under the same circiumstances. More
