Larry was pleasant and welcoming and very easy-going which was important to me because this is my first car purchase in 10 years. I had done some research on Patrick's website and was prepared with a list of 5 cars I wanted to check out. I loved the very first CX-5 I drove and decided to purchase it. Larry was incredibly helpful and guided me through the process so I was very comfortable. The Finance Director, Chris Duggan, was equally pleasant to work with. When I arrived today to pick up my car I found out my insurance company had not taken care of their end of the paperwork. Aaron Tringuk and Larry Shetler jumped right on it and in no time I was ready to drive off. I went car shopping prepared for a hard sell and feeling pressured but my experience was the complete opposite. Many thanks to Larry Shetler for making this a relaxed and pleasant experience. More
