A great car buying experience! We arrived at the dealership and looked around outside. My husband and I had done our homework and new what we wanted. No one ran out to hound us. Upon entering the showroom we were greeted by the sales manager Chris Duggan. He was very professional. He inquired what it was we were interested in and did not push us to add packages we did not need. He introduced us to a sales representative- Kevin Winters who immediately provided us with his undivided attention. Kevin was also very professional and enthusiastic. We really enjoyed our test drive. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable regarding the 2016 CX-5. He easily explained the many features this car offers. Matt assisted us with the financing. Again professional and knowledgeable. After our purchase was complete Kevin assisted us with syncing our phones into the computer system and took the time to explain how everything worked. The entire team was awesome and the whole experience was very enjoyable. I absolutely love my new vehicle!!! More

I went down to Gallo and met with Stephen Ferguson, who had sold my parents their cars, and he showed me some new CX-5s. Being a first time car buyer, I had no experience with the process as a whole. He was very patient and wasn't pushy about trying to force me into buying a vehicle. He asked me what I wanted in terms of options and explained anything that wasn't clear to me. I wasn't really hooked on buying a CX5 but after driving and speaking with the Sales person, This was by far the best car buying experience I've had. I wasn't really hooked on buying a CX5 but after driving and speaking with the Sales person, Noel Ramirez, who was very enthusiatic and working with Matt Rosenlund on the Financial end, it made my choice easy.
