Amazing customer service! I was running short on time, I wanted to test drive a CX5 within a specific time-frame on a specific day due to time constraints with my schedule. I emailed Gallo Mazda of Worcester (because of great reviews from the Internet) on a Sunday night for a Monday morning appointment. I received an email quickly from Chris (sales manager) who stated that that would be no problem. The next morning I was introduced to Kevin Winters, who understood my situation and accommodated my needs accordingly by having the vehicle ready when I got there, reviewed the highlights of the vehicle, and answered all my questions no matter how strange they may have been. I was able to get to work on time and never felt intimidated during my visit. Kevin also scheduled a separate test drive the next Saturday with my husband, which changed three times by the time we actually met. He was quick to respond to those changes and willing to be flexible with my crazy schedule. I told Kevin from the start that we were deciding between the cx5 and another make and model. He never sounded coercive or condescending knowing we may not choose the Mazda. The thought of needing to buy a new car and dealing with salesmen/saleswomen at dealerships used to make me feel uncomfortable because of the way I'd been treated in the past (negatively). I now have a different view of the experience thanks to Chris and Kevin. Thanks guys! Even though I decided to purchase the other vehicle, I felt it absolutely necessary to let people know they don't have to be afraid anymore!! Trust the salesmen at Gallo. It's worth it! More

Stephen is the MAN! My 13 year old passat bought the farm, and I needed to get a new car within a week. Most dealerships I visited were pushy and shady. Then my friend told me to try a Mazda, so I went their as my last stop only allotting an hour before I had to leave for work (most dealers took 2 hours for a test drive / offer cycle). Stephen had me out of there with offers in 45 minutes. I went back 2 days later and signed the lease, this visit only took a couple hours to drive it off the lot. Really couldn't be happier with my buying experience!!! More

FANTASTIC experience, NO pressure! Often times people only write reviews when they have had a poor experience. I'm not one of those people. My mechanic told me that my old Infiniti was beyond further repair and that I should look for a new vehicle. I stopped by Gallo yesterday to take a look at pre-owned cars because it was in the vicinity of work. I met Stephen Ferguson on the lot and he showed me the pre-owned cars I was interested in. Now I'm the type of person who HATES going to car dealerships with a passion. The breathing down your neck, pressuring you to buy the most expensive vehicle on the lot and trying to persuade you into something you weren't looking for. For the very FIRST time on a lot, I felt relaxed. After looking at 2 cars, I felt such a good, honest vibe from him (Stephen) that I didn't even bother looking elsewhere. I showed up by 10AM today, test drove the car, financed, registered, transferred my plates AND got inspected all before 2pm. I am a woman (yeah, I said it) and this is the very first time I have purchased a vehicle on my own. (I have owned several in 20 years but always with help) Never once did I feel like I was being left out of the loop or being pressured into anything. I would HIGHLY recommend Gallo for any new or used car purchase. I would also especially like to thank the sales consultant, Stephen Ferguson and the sales manager, Chris Duggan for the most pleasant experience. I look forward to seeing them both again when I come in for car washes!!! I highly recommend this dealership to all my friends, family and strangers. More
