This dealership is quite the hike from my house (~1.5 hours) but I am always happy to make the journey because Patrick Subaru always treats me right! Al is fantastic to work with -- I know that he truly cares about all of his customers. Both purchases have been painless and he has always worked with me remotely on the deal so that I only would have to come visit the dealer to take delivery. I like that Al checked in with me over the life of my 2016 Crostrek, and when I was ready to turn that lease in for a 2019 Forester Sport he was right there to help me with that purchase. Patrick Subaru goes above and beyond to offer fantastic customer service, fair prices, and a painless sales process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Massachusetts looking for a Subaru.
