I came in to Patrick Subaru to test drive a few used vehi After totaling my car a month ago I was very stressed out looking for a new (used) vehicle. I came in to Patrick Subaru to test drive a few used vehicles and was paired with Mike. He was very helpful and answered a ton of my questions, and was respectful of what I was looking for and when (I was only looking at used, and needed to wait for everything with my old car to be settled with insurance until I could actually purchase a car). When I was getting closer to actually buying I spoke with Mike again about one of the cars I was interested in, and went back to check it out. I was impressed with how the level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect I was dealt with from Patrick Subaru, and more specifically from Mike himself. I never felt pressured at Patrick Subaru (other dealerships and sales agents I dealt with this past month tried hard to sell me on a new vehicle or try to get me into a lease situation, even after telling them I was only interested in a used vehicle), and that really goes far in my book! Mike and the team there definitely went above and beyond and made this whole very stressful situation way less stressful. Highly recommend them! More

He listened to all my wants and needs and went right to work to find the perfect car for me. It took a while because the car I had in mind was not available anywhere and I needed a new car ASAP. But I knew what I wanted and did not want to settle. With a little convincing, I finally agreed to test drive a Legacy which was a step up from what I thought I wanted but had all the features I wanted and more. I loved it from the moment I drove it and still do. More

Agree - Best Car Buying Experience - Ever!!!" I'm the "Mom" who bought the new Subaru Forester. I don't like to go car shopping as I find it very intimidating so I went with my daughter and son-i I'm the "Mom" who bought the new Subaru Forester. I don't like to go car shopping as I find it very intimidating so I went with my daughter and son-in-law. We intended to go to several dealerships but because of Jeff Moberg - his "helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable self" - we stayed at Patrick Subaru. Jeff introduced me to Michelle Bourget on another visit and she is a fantastic person to deal with also, being very patient showing me the many new features in my Forester which I'm still learning!
