Let me explain - I consider myself a knowledgeable automobile consumer as well as a reasonable person. So when I walk into a dealership it's because I already know pretty much what vehicle I want down to the specific model and features. I always do extensive research regarding current pricing on both the vehicle I want to purchase and the value of any trade-in, if that applies. I never have an absolute fixed price but rather an acceptable price range for both the purchase of a new vehicle as well as the value of a trade. When a dealer is within my "acceptable price range" on the price of the new vehicle and on the price of any trade, I then negotiate. I walk out a "satisfied buyer" when I feel that I paid a fair price for my new vehicle and received a fair price for my trade-in...what more can a reasonable person expect? In all 3 transactions I had the pleasure to connect with Nate Goodro who I found to be as upfront and easy to communicate with as any car salesman I have ever interacted with. I would highly recommend Nate to all my friends and family if they were looking to purchase a Subaru at Patrick. More

Happy with my new Forester! I was leasing a crosstrek from Patrick and was very unhappy the way the leasing company did not keep me informed of my registration renewal. John Watt, sales person at Patrick Subaru, offered the best customer service that I could've asked for. He was very attentive to my needs and very patient with the little knowledge I had in cars. He helped me find the a beautiful 2019 Subaru Impreza, which is absolutely perfect for me. After I purchased the car, he even took the time to sit in my new car with me and show me literally every function that the car has. I have never had better customer service at any other dealership.
