This is our second purchase from Patrick Motors Very happy with our recent purchase from Patrick Subaru. We had purchased a used Prius several years ago, and it was a great car with a decent dealer Very happy with our recent purchase from Patrick Subaru. We had purchased a used Prius several years ago, and it was a great car with a decent dealership experience. Any used car brings some pitfalls, and while it wasn't a bad experience, it wasn't great, either. Still, the car was as described and the deal was acceptable. This year, we sought to buy a new Ascent, and after the dealership closest to us gave us the runaround and a pretty mediocre deal, I remembered Joe D. from Patrick, and thought I would see if he would be interested in beating their competitors' deal. I knew what I wanted, asked for it, Patrick accepted, and Joe made the process as smooth as possible. It really was a wonderful experience with zero regrets and zero negative things to say. Joe was pleasant to deal with, followed up to make sure the car was OK, and had the registration and paperwork ready to go. Throughout the process Al was professional, no pressure, and answered all my questions. In general, I was pleased to find the atmosphere at Patrick friendly and respectful. I liked being greeted by the sales manager Susan whenever I walked in. All the staff seem to work well as a team. None of the craziness and hard sell you find at other places. I LOVE my new Subaru!
