Great Experience all around I went into Patrick Subaru looking for a 2018 Forester I had saw on their website. Unfortunately that vehicle and the rest of their 2018 models had already been sold but fortunately I got to work with Nate Goodro who peaked my interest in the 2019 Forester model. And I'm glad he did! Nate was a pleasure to work with - nothing at all like the car salesmen I have interacted with in the past. No high pressure sales tactics and BS He was a straight shooter. Honest, friendly, approachable, personable. He provided me with the quote on my trade in and on the new vehicle in a matter of minutes. It took a few days for me to make up my mind but Nate and Jeff Moberg kept in contact over email and a few days later, we had a deal! The day I picked up my vehicle was just as easy- fast and friendly service. No high pressure sales tactics from the Finance Manager - which was such a relief. He was great!! I was in and out in about an hour flat. This was my second Subaru purchase from Patrick- the first one was in 2010 and I honestly don't even remember who I worked with at the time so pretty unmemorable experience. This time around was an awesome, memorable experience and I will definitely remember Nate Goodro's name. He will be my go-to for all future car purchases and I highly recommend him and the entire team to anyone in the market for a new car. More

We went back 2 days later for a test drive, then got quotes on the selling price and our trade-in. No playing games. We were happy with the quotes and put down a deposit. While that specific car had just been sold, Christie too the time to sit with us, and look through the other options available. After a short period of time, we were test driving a similar vehicle that we ended up loving. The whole search and purchase took less that a couple hours! Christie did a great job helping us find exactly what we were looking for! The rest of the management staff was also great as they helped us finish the purchase even though it pushed up to closing time. Overall, it was a fantastic purchase experience and we are extremely happy with the vehicle. This is our fourth Subaru purchase from Patrick, and every vehicle had been great! More
