Usually a good experience. I have bought from Patrick Subaru and have even sent family members there to purchase a Subaru. I usually deal with one particular salesperson... I walked in and was approached by Chris and when I asked for the person I usually deal with, I was told he wasn't there and asked what I wanted. I was only looking at options, next thing I know I was buying a car ~ without even so much as a test drive. Chris talked circles around me and I feel like I was totally pressured into buying this car. It's a Subaru so I know I am getting a great car, it was just the experience of it all that had me a little rattled from start to finish. Chris kept in contact with me telling me there was something missing and I had to wait to pick up the car, even after I got a call from my original salesperson telling me the item was in. So I know he wasn't telling me the truth so it made it hard to trust him. When I showed up to pick up the car, I called Chris earlier in the day confirming the time of my appointment but when I got there, I had to wait in the showroom for 45 minutes before finance and/or Chris were available. If this had been my first experience at Patrick Subaru, I wouldn't come back. More

under warranty, car has been there for a month DO NOT GO TO PATRICK SUBARU IN SHREWBURY UNLESS YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT NEVER CALLS YOU BACK. My sons car has been there for a month to be rep DO NOT GO TO PATRICK SUBARU IN SHREWBURY UNLESS YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT NEVER CALLS YOU BACK. My sons car has been there for a month to be repaired under the warranty. (BTW he has had the car since December 2017 and the car is two years old). Instead of repairing the car they are trying to fight the warranty before they have even removed the oil pan. Mary at Patrick Subaru was initially calling my son to tell him to get the repair records for oil changes. After he submitted them....nothing. He calls at least once a day and NEVER receives a call back. She told him to call today at 12 and guess what, she didn't answer the phone. And she hasn't called him back and it is now 4:00. Now I understand people get busy at a job, but she hasn't had time IN THREE WEEKS to return his call. They are trying to void the warranty before they have even looked at the car. They are also telling him he needs the previous owners repair records. He bought the car from a dealership. I have never heard of this. I will find all social media avenues to let people know to stay far away! UPDATE: After 1 month of no returned calls we directed our complaint to Subaru Corporate Office. They actually responded to us and helped. When they finally decided they would fix the car, it took 5 days. We went a month for a car that could have been fixed in 5 days. They also went back and forth saying they would fix the car, then they wouldn't, then they would. They also told my son they would not give him a loaner or rental car BECAUSE WE LEFT A BAD REVIEW. Buyer beware. DO NOT GO TO PATRICK SUBARU. They sent be a blanket response that they had to wait for an ok from Subaru to do the work. Very matter of fact and using that as an excuse. The problem was THEY DIDN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS FOR A MONTH. NEVER AGAIN!!! More

He was SUCH GREAT help, has ton of information and is looking out for what is best for YOU, not to make the top dollar. He works FAST and had me in my new car within 48 hours. You seriously wont regret working with Al :) ASK FOR HIM! More
