Al and Rob worked very hard to find a vehicle that suited my needs. They kept searching until I found just the right vehicle. There was no pressure at all, and didn't play games when it came to getting a good price on the car. When I came to pick up the car, it was a quick and easy process, the paperwork was ready for me and again, there was no pressure when we were reviewing warranty options. My husband and I both felt that this was the least stressful and easiest vehicle purchase we've ever had. Will definitely go back when it's time for another car. Also, communication was excellent. Al readily answered my emails and phone calls. More

He wasn't pushy, answered all my questions and made the test drive fun. After I left the dealership Glenn was quick to respond back with any questions I had. When it came to negotiating the final price Glenn and Todd didn't make me feel like I was the bad guy for trying to get the best deal for me. It was refreshing. When it came time to sign Adam was awesome. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions without getting annoyed. For the first time ever, the car buying process wasn't a hassle and I didn't feel like I was getting worked over. Hats off to Glenn, Todd and Adam for making me a happy customer. More

Outback at last! My 2018 Outback is my first Outback but the 6th vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership. I went in thinking I’d buy a Crosstrek but with Al Paglia My 2018 Outback is my first Outback but the 6th vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership. She didn't pressure me at all and she was very knowledgeable about both vehicles. I told her I would return on Saturday with my husband. When I returned I found she had gone to another facility so we dealt with Joe Dinneen. He was great! I dreaded buying a new car because there is always pressure but with Joe there was none. He knew the answers to everything we asked and even the paperwork part was easy. He even picked me up at work because I didn't have a trade in so that I could get my new car. And he spent over an hour going through everything in it until I was comfortable enough to drive away. I would recommend my family and friends to go see Joe. More
