I knew what I wanted, they didn't try to "push" extra things but explained and answered all my questions (however dumb). Entire process to pick up the car was smooth, efficient and quick. Got some stuff from the parts (cant remember his name) department (cargo mat) and those guys were super. Had to have one minor thing looked at with the service department with John and he set me up with the technician Andy who is taking car of my service. All good - I would go back to them for another car in a heartbeat (but I hope that is not for a while!) More

The staff at Patrick was flexible, worked with us on our time schedule, and Al Pagliarulo helped us with the test drive and sale of our 2015 Forester. We negotiated to the price we wanted. Due to a temporary issue with the state website, they were unable to get our plates the night of the sale, however Al came out to my place of work early the next morning to replace the plates for me. Because of the customer service, we decided that we would buy our new 2019 Ascent through Patrick as well. Al helped us out with all of the information we wanted and took extra steps to make some phone calls for us regarding loyalty dollars etc. As the weeks passed, Al stayed in constant contact with us regarding the scheduled delivery date of our new vehicle. When the vehicle arrived (early), he made time for us to come by immediately to test drive it, finish out the sale, and pick it up. Al made sure that our remote starter package was functioning and that we had the hot spot activated and then checked after a couple of days to make sure everything was functioning okay. We worked closest with Al, but we also found every staff member to be helpful and friendly. Both of our new Subarus have been great. We are a family of young, teen drivers so when we find we need to add another car to the fleet, it WILL be a dependable and safe Subaru, and we will purchase through Patrick Subaru. More

A couple of years later, we knew we liked the Subaru brand. We had driven our Crosstrek through a blizzard with no slipping or sliding and were sold. The Crosstrek was a little larger than we needed and we no longer wanted a car with a manual transmission so we called Joe to discuss the inventory on the Impreza wagon. Once again our experience was flawless, we traded our Crosstrek for a fair price. A few days later after our Impreza was delivered we once again left feeling extremely satisfied with our experience with both the dealership in our Salesperson, Joe. More
