Honest car sales! Mike was very helpful selecting the trim level for my 2018 Ouback. I didn't want to pay >2K more for Limited with 18" wheels and leather seats (which Mike was very helpful selecting the trim level for my 2018 Ouback. I didn't want to pay >2K more for Limited with 18" wheels and leather seats (which I didn't want) but the Harman Kardon audio isn't available in the Premium. He admitted Subaru isn't very flexible in options for each trim level. He mentioned I could replace speakers. I tested the speakers after a Premium test ride and realized how bad the dash corner tweeters are. I bought the Premium and replaced those with Infinity 2-way. I'm very pleased with the resulting sound. It doesn't have high power or deep bass, but response from 100 Hz up is great. More

Michelle was able to quickly find the right car for me (the nicest possible with cloth seats) and brought us on a test drive that showed off the car well and let me drive it in the way I will on a daily basis. After hearing that I commute on the highway for work every day, she brought us to 290 and let us really get a feel for how the car rides. The entire experience was simple and enjoyable, something I really appreciated. Michelle was great at connecting with us and recognizing what was most important to me. We will absolutely be back for our next vehicle! More
