No pressure, got what I was looking for. Joe"D" (Domenicucci) was my sales representative and he handled my inquiries very well. I feel I had done much research and had narrowed my eventual purchase down to a few options. Joe did not over-sell or push any product, which I would not have appreciated, but he did answer all questions I had in an informed way. I believe I purchased what I wanted, and no more. In getting a tour of the inside of the car, Joe was thoroughly familiar with all of the options and aps. I will still have to read the manual for a refresher as I will not remember it all, but he pointed out the options he knew I was interested in, plus many more. I am not one to haggle price; I wanted the lowest and best price without the aggregation of the back and forth and feeling ultimately that I was taken for a ride. I felt well treated and respected and that goes a long way. It is my hope that I will only be in for routine service. So far, I am enjoying my purchase.😉 More

And lets just say those expectations were exceeded. The sales employee i dealt with was Michelle Bourget. She was one of the sweetest sales reps I think I've come across. She made the whole process very easy for me and went above and beyond to try and help get what I wanted. Initially we were unable to get the color STI i wanted due to production halts for the 18' models, but she was able to make it work for me on another STI that was available. The key difference I noticed with Michelle was the fact that she actually cared about you as a consumer and wanted to make your experience at Patrick memorable. I also want to give a shout out to Robert Bernier in the finance department who was super down to earth and took the time to explain a lot of things not pertaining to finance, from one car guy to the another. Thanks man! More

I particularly liked working with Michelle because she is so friendly and easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions and I feel very comfortable reaching out to her if I have anymore questions. Michelle was also great because I went in and test drove a pre-owned non-Subaru, a Subaru Impreza sport, and an Impreza sedan. I ended up buying the car that was the best deal and she was instrumental in making that happen. More

Let’s just say she would get six stars if there was an option. Jeff Moberg also was right there with any questions we had and lined everything up perfectly. We didn’t spend one shiney penny on this car, and drove away anyway. I feel like we STOLE it from Jeff, but we did not. We did not steal our car. We bought it.
