The sales people try to talk you in to things you don't want or need, wasting a whole bunch of time that I just don't have. That was not the case with Frank and Subaru in general. I told him what I was looking for and he presented 2 options based on my requests. I picked the 2018 Crosstrek and absolutely love it. There was NO pressure from Frank, yet he was very easily accessible if I had a question. I went in on a Sunday at 3:50 pm (closing time is 4:00), signed the papers on Monday, and drove home with it on Tuesday. It was quick and painless and I couldn't be happier. This is my second Subaru and certainly not my last. I used to have a Honda but changed b/c I hated their dealership. This will not be the case at Patrick. More

While waiting for my taxes to process he was very courteous and patient not at all pushy or aggressive as I have seen at other dealerships. I ended on a car I fell in love with and the whole process was finished in a few hours on a Saturday. On my drive home I noticed a chip in the windshield and contacted Al if there was anything that could be done. He did all the leg work and took care of me to get my windshield replaced. Al will be the only salesperson I go through from now on! More

She was especially good at pointing out all the amenities in the 2018 Crosstrek from bumper to bumper, including under the hood and explanation of the transmission. Negotiating was clear and not pushy. When I went to pick up the car, she assisted me in linking up my phone and the apps. She also highlighted the key parts of the owner's guides with sticky notes to find answers to the most common questions.
