Al also spent plenty time to make sure we have enough knowledge on driving the new car and followed up to see any concerns with our newly purchased Impreza. Traffic was awful, but sales manager sent me to a salesman, Ash, great guy and a pleasure to work with. Sales manager joined us after a few minutes, we settled on a deal, they began getting the new car ready, I finished paperwork and went home to get original tires, I had put the snows on, returned in nutty traffic, they were nearly done with car, finally got it, Ash went over everything, I didn’t get it all but he said, “come in any time” and he meant it! Had the car 3-4 days got a call from Ash asking how the car and I were doing, asked if I wanted any help so I went in and he helped me get what I hadn’t!
