Joe actually was able to put me into a NICER car than I was there to lease and kept us within our budget.and I was able to drive it home the following morning. Best car buying experience I have ever had! I was not planning to buy a car but was in an accident that totaled my previous vehicle, so I had to find something quick. I knew I wanted a Subaru and Patrick had the best used selection in MA and NH. Walked-in and worked with Samantha. She was fantastic-pleasant to work with, responsive, and efficient. She also price-matched a used Impreza for me. After I picked up the car, I noticed some alignment issues. Brought it in, service was excellent. Got a loaner, they replaced both struts and aligned the tires, not cost to me and very efficient. I will buy from them again, no question about it!!! More
