The only complaint is there are no tables to sit at while you wait your turn with a Salesperson if it's busy. Everything else is very good. More

Service Above & Beyond I bought a Crosstrek at Patrick Subaru, but as I live in Connecticut, the car had to go through CT inspection and be registered at a CT DMV location. Shady work and poor customer service Starting with the Good, I liked the sales team. Bought my car from Sam who was knowledgeable and made thr buying experience fun, and Adam who did the Starting with the Good, I liked the sales team. But when i picked up my vehicle which was used, the interior was barely cleaned. Dog hair under the arm tests, dusty dashboard and the liquids like coolant and wiper fluid were not full. I took the bar back fo a tire balance because it was shaking and a high speed. The service department was rude and acted rushed. Said it would be 45 min to fix and I waited 2 hours. Took the car home to find it was still shaking, so i brouht it to the service department again. The next day when they called to say it was ready, I asked what had been fixed. They said they balanced the tires. So I said, that makes so sense. They balanced the tires two days ago when I brought it in, and the service guy says and I quote, "yeaaaa, but we had a kind of new guy do it and the tires were off. This time we gave it to a guy with more experience." WHAT. THE. F****. and guess what, everyone? The car is still shaking when I decellerate from 60-65ish, and the service guy said "it's because you really don't have high speed tires." Absolutely xxxx treatment of a customer and an appalling assumption that my 5 year old Patrick Subaru Forester cannot handle the high velocity of a minimum highway speed limit. Please, this place sucks and I should have checked reviews before I shopped here. Save yourselves and go somewhere else. More
