Truly Exceptional! After learning that my car was totalled in an accident, I needed to find a replacement car quick! After searching the website and selecting a couple of vehicles, I made an appointment to take a look at some cars. We were greeted immediately by John, and chatting to confirm our information and selection, we went on a test drive of the car. I expressed to him that highway driving was important because of my commute, and he was more than happy to take the car to the highway so I could experience it for myself. When we returned, we discussed my driving needs and he spoke with his managers about the payments, which were incredibly reasonable. After that, he helped us pick out all the accessories that we needed and worked them into the lease deal. Once all that was settled, we spoke with the Finance person and went over the contract and various additional protections we could have. When we finished, all we had to was settle on a date to pick up the car and we were on our way! If you're looking for a Subaru, there's no other place you need to go than Patrick Subaru!!
