GREAT DEALERSHIP, NO PRESSURE My husband and I have both owned several Subaru's in the past and have had many dealings with several different Subaru Dealers ,but there is not one f My husband and I have both owned several Subaru's in the past and have had many dealings with several different Subaru Dealers ,but there is not one from our past that can even come close to Patrick Subaru, and I am not just saying this I truly mean this.. My husband and I live over an hour away from this Dealership and yes we do have several Subaru dealerships that are near where we live,.But none of them can come close to the way this dealership treats their customers and that is FAMILY , I am not just saying this I mean it why else would we drive an hour away to check out a new vehicle and then have to return again to pick it up ? Why ? Because when you find a place that treats you like family you TRUST them to treat you right and to look out for your best interest not only in what kind of car you are looking for but what price range you can afford and what rate you can afford also. I have been to several Subaru dealers in my past and they were only looking pout for a sale and for the car they wanted to either get rid of or sell me the most expensive one that I could not afford and did not even listen to how I could only afford a certain amount each month,but with Patrick Subaru they do listen and they do care and that to me is worth the hour drive and that to me is looking out for your customers like FAMILY .So if you are looking for a Subaru you really need to come check them out I can honestly promise you you will not be disappointed .you will just add another person and dealership into your family and they do look out for you .and your needs.. Frank took me out for a test drive, explained some of the key points of the model I was interested in, a few differences from other cars I mentioned, and that was it. No pressure and a friendly follow up call a few days later at just about the right time. He made the buying process very smooth and was accommodating of my schedule. The car wasn't on the lot the day I decided to buy (Saturday end of day), but Frank had it on first thing Sunday morning so I could take it out for a short test drive before we set a date to finalize the paperwork. Another great thing was the time he took to explain the safety pitfalls of the eyesight systems before I drove off the lot. More

Purchasing an Outback Ash Shaker was very pleasant to deal with. he had lots of information on the different models.
