She was very helpful, most importantly was honest with me; I had asked her personal opinion on the vehicle I chose to test drive. It was very nice to deal female to female for a change. As well as another female that prefers a manual over an auto like myself!! I was not pressured to purchase the vehicle was so ever. The items I requested attention were taken care of promptly by Sam. She went above & beyond what a sales person should do a/o needed to do. I love my new/used Subaru!! More
