He even checked-in to ensure I have experienced NO issues given the recent snow storms.  I just hope my service experience will be even close to the experience I had with Al! More

Great experience I recently purchased a used 2015 Scion/Toyota FRS (same as a Subaru BRZ) from Al Pagliarulo at Patrick Subaru. I saw the car advertised online, and wa I recently purchased a used 2015 Scion/Toyota FRS (same as a Subaru BRZ) from Al Pagliarulo at Patrick Subaru. I saw the car advertised online, and walked in for a test drive without setting up an appointment. Al was great, I was in and out in about 2 hours with all of the paperwork done. I picked up the car a few days later and have enjoyed it since. Would definitely return. More

I couldn't be happier! I spent a month looking for a new car, I wasn't in a hurry so I visited quite a few different dealerships. Joe was the first sales person in the mont I spent a month looking for a new car, I wasn't in a hurry so I visited quite a few different dealerships. Joe was the first sales person in the month that I felt comfortable enough with to run my credit. I knew within 5 minutes of walking in this is where I was going to buy my car. I went in looking at used cars and Joe went over my different options and showed me that I could get a brand new car for the payments of a used car! I was extremely picky with the options and colors and they had nothing on the lot that I wanted, so he found me one in another state and they acquired it for me in the exact colors and options I wanted. When i arrived to pick it up just a week later the entire staff was great but Joe got in the car with me answered my questions and made sure I was happy before driving away. I had a friend buy a car from Joe and she raved about the experience and now I know why. It was the easiest and most professional car buying experience I have ever had and I hope that when I need a new car in 5 years, Joe is still there to sell me one! More
