Darrald was very patient and helpful in finding what I needed and helped load dog crates so I could make the decision to downsize from a larger SUV. He answered all my questions and took me on several test runs. But as with most car dealers it's clear that salespeople don't have much to do with finances. One wonders why after leaving the showroom one gets two different followup emails asking about my experience. And the finances are handled by someone else. It makes me wonder if they don't have faith in their sales people. But I understand it's the car sales "Business strategy" The dealership gets four stars but Darrald gets the full five star rating.
