Service department is dishonest Have been into service department just about every month since vehicle purchase as car kept loosing oil. Received varying explanations as to the cause...not an oil leak...then it was an oil leak...then we are not sure why this happens...to finally...nothing wrong with vehicle....sometimes you "just have to add a quart of oil" Every single month! Unheard of!. At the last visit, they essentially washed their hands of any issue and told me "you can make a phone call" to Subaru America if I was unhappy as their "hand were tied". The attitude and vibe could not have been any more "used car sleazy salesman like". More

A dealership that feels obligated to their customers. I found the treatment I received at Patrick Subaru was exemplary. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. One of the first things I noticed wa I found the treatment I received at Patrick Subaru was exemplary. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. One of the first things I noticed was a banner proclaiming the dealership's support veterans. Being a disabled Vietnam veteran myself it was nice to see this dealership was concerned with veterans issues. The whole sales process was very easy. The salesman went out of his way to make sure that I was buying the right car for me. From the beginning of the process to the end all my questions were answered.The ease of Leasing the automobile was simple and everything was done for me including my request for special veterans plates. They dealt with the registry Insurance Company and all the required inspections I did not have to do anything. During the final process of signing the paperwork I was offered a few add-ons but was not pressured to buy them. In the last 2 years I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and I highly recommend them. More
