By the time I entered the building, I was ready to make the purchase. Everyone I spoke with while there -- the salesperson, the person in charge of financing -- was fantastic. Honestly, I think Subaru knows they have a good thing going and wants to make the folks driving their cars happy enough to keep coming back. It's a good business model, and it's especially good for customers. I would highly recommend Patrick's in particular. More

This is my very first Subaru and my sales rep, Mike, explained all the features and showed me how this brand compared to others. He went over the different levels and what each offered. My appointment was an hour before they closed and never once did I feel rushed to leave. We test drove the car and not even 24 hours later, I was putting a deposit down for my dream car. Everyone I have spoken to at Patrick Subaru was very helpful and patient with my constant questions. When I picked up the car, Mike went over every single detail.
