He listened to what I had to say and what I was looking for and was very good at showing me cars that met my requirements. In addition, it was about 3 months from the time I first met Joe and started the process to the time I purchased the car. Joe and the dealership kept in touch but was not overbearing and very understandable. When I came in to make my final selection Joe did an outstanding job at researching the vehicles to look at and being prepared with keys and information. More

Our sales representative, Jeff Moberg, listened to our concerns, guided us to make a decision for the appropriate new car for our price range. Jeff was confident in knowing model comparisons, was patient with our questions on several occasions in person and via phone calls. Our car decision was not made during first negotiations, but we ran back to Jeff after a very negative experience at another Subaru dealership. On our second visit to Patrick Subaru, Jeff made leasing negotiations quickly for us, meeting us within our budget. We felt Jeff was honest in time delivery of our new, 2017 Legacy. My new 2017 Outback lease was, by far, the fastest, easiest, and least painful one to date. I was deciding between a RAV4 and CRV when my son, a mechanic, suggested I test drive a Subaru. Knowing nothing about Subarus, my salesman, Ash, patiently helped me weigh the Outback against the other cars I was considering. He and the Patrick Subura's management staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and professional. There was no haggling or trying to nickel and dime me into stuff I didn't want or need. They keep waiting to a minimum. They even went as far as to purchase the 2013 Venza I was about to return to Toyota, which greatly simplified the return process, thereby saving me time and a nuisance disposition fee. All in all, a pleasant, satisfactory experience. Even my son was impressed - and THAT speaks volumes! More

I had been to a dealership before, but it had been with either my parents or my girlfriend and her mother to help her pick out a car. The employees were quite friendly and helpful, and I was able to quickly find a car that I liked. John was able to work with me to find a payment that fit my budget and was very patient through the insurance transfer process. Although I didn't select any of them, Patrick Subaru also had a number of extended maintenance plans I could have chosen from for an additional monthly fee. It felt like they really cared and wanted to make buying and owning one of their Subarus an excellent experience. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this dealership to a friend or relative. Very disappointed I purchased a vehicle from Patrick. In less then a month started experiencing issues. Brought the car to the service dept 4 times in less than 4 month I purchased a vehicle from Patrick. In less then a month started experiencing issues. Brought the car to the service dept 4 times in less than 4 months for the same problem. Each time, I received a different answer/reason and each time was told "now you are all set". Feels like they are trying to brush off so they do not need to take responsibility for the issue that existed when they sold the car. More
