Upgraded my 15 Outback from Patrick to a 17 Outback all because of a heated steering wheel for my wife. The one thing my wife was missing in her Outback that she had in her Toureg (also leased from the all because of a heated steering wheel for my wife. The one thing my wife was missing in her Outback that she had in her Toureg (also leased from the Patrick's) was a heated steering wheel. The 17 Outback Touring edition has it and other features (lane keep for one) available! They made it very easy, I got a very fair deal, great car, and best of all have a very happy wife! I drive out there for service and have always been more than satisfied, I would not consider doing business anywhere else! More

An excellent customer-focused experience For some, buying a car is an exhilarating experience; they enjoy the thrill of the hunt. I would imagine Patrick Subaru has an employee to match thei For some, buying a car is an exhilarating experience; they enjoy the thrill of the hunt. I would imagine Patrick Subaru has an employee to match their interests. My sales team seemed to be able to read my interests and steered clear of gaming. I was offered a great deal of freedom to test drive several models without interference from the salesman. I was able to review current offers including some recent transactions and most importantly able to treat my new purchase, trade-in and cash-on-hand as three separate pieces of the puzzle (we didn't focus on monthly payments). Ash Shaker did an excellent job espousing information about the models I was interested; he was also able to admit when there was additional information he needed to verify. He treated me with respect, followed up when he said he would and used the channels of communication I prefer (text). Thanks to another great experience I am happy to own my second Outback from Patrick Subaru. More

I have walked out of dealerships in the past when the typical dealership games start. That did not happen here. I visited another Subaru dealership before this one. They were not very attentive. Tried to sell me a 2015 demo car (maybe I looked poor?). Anyway - very happy with Patrick Motors. Delivery & pickup was pretty painless as well. They have that piece well organized. More

Very Easy When I came to Patrick Subaru I was extremely pleased with my salesman Jeff and how he was no nonsense when it came to what I wanted. At other dealers When I came to Patrick Subaru I was extremely pleased with my salesman Jeff and how he was no nonsense when it came to what I wanted. At other dealerships they pushed me in other directions and showed me things I did not want. Jeff showed me exactly what I wanted and more. He is easy to talk with, understandable and extremely reliable. He texted me many times even after buying my Subaru Legacy to make sure everything was going well. He is an excellent salesman that was very knowledgable about Subaru and was very patient and through when dealing with the small details. I have told everyone about my experience here at Patrick Subaru. I am very happy with my experience here. More
