Great Experience - First Subaru I went with my daughter and we felt comfortable right away. Working with John from sales was a "no pressure" experience which was great for my daughte I went with my daughter and we felt comfortable right away. Working with John from sales was a "no pressure" experience which was great for my daughter's first new vehicle purchase (an Impreza). This was not the case at the other dealerships we visited. A great experience all around from sales, the vehicle itself, price, vehicle delivery and the service we received during the entire purchasing experience. Kudos to John and the team at Patrick. Jeff. We bought two 2016 Subaru's this summer We gooogled Subaru dealers in our area and Patrick was the closest. I went with my daughter and we felt comfortable right away. Not like the sharks in some of the other dealerships I have been to in the past. We bought her a 2016 Crosstrek and she really likes it. I decided to sit in a few cars in the showroom while I was waiting for her and I caught the bug. I ended up buying an outback which I really like. I really hit it off with my salesperson Ash Shaker. Very knowledgeable, good sense of humor. Great follow up skills. Answered his cell phone every time had a question. Spent time with me and explained everything. As an aside we bought the Eyesight technology on both 2016 vehicles. You WANT to get this. Radar cruise control that keeps a safe distance from the cars in front of you. It automatically adjusts when new cars cut in front of you. It will not let you crash. If the cars stop, it stops. When the traffic starts moving again, tap the gas and you start rolling, right back on cruise control. You never had to touch your brakes. The car is smart. It also has blind spot detection. If someone is riding in your blind spot, the side mirror has a yellow graphic that lights up letting you know a car is there, so you won't change lanes and hit them. Also if you are backing out of a parking space and a moving vehicle approaches from your rear or either side, the mirror flashes to let you know someone is approaching. It's really great. Getting back to the dealership. We both will be maintaining our vehicles at Patrick. They seem to be a family business we can trust. More

When it came time for me to purchase a new vehicle in May, we went back to see John and I purchased a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. My husband liked the car so much, he went back last month and bought one for himself. We don't ever hesitate to refer someone to Patrick Subaru, and highly recommend John Watt. We referred our friend, and he recently purchased a 2016 Crosstrek and was also very satisfied with John and his experience with Patrick Subaru.
