Made it very easy to buy a new car I was given the freedom to walk the new car area- found at least 2 I was interested in. Went inside and was greeted by a person and when I asked for a test drive I was introduced to Frank Wilcox. Frank and I discussed my individual car needs and he brought a car down for a drive. He pointed out all of the technical details of the car. We went for a drive and I told him I was still shopping. He gave me his card and I was off. They never pressured me to buy a car- they emailed me to follow up, emailed about discounts and financing which lead me to pick Patrick Subaru. Frank and the rest of the Patrick team were super professional and just made it easy. More

Luke Latham followed up after our purchase then, so he had our trust when we decided to get another. Luke Latham was great to deal with, attentive to everything we said, and delivered exactly what we wanted WITHOUT typical DREADED dealer pressure! Luke explained all the new safety features of the Limited, got the phones synced in and we were ready to go. Once again the process was short, sweet, and stress free thanks to Luke's attentiveness. Always a great trade in experience. I have been trading in and buying pre-owned Subarus from Patricks for 25+ years. Obviously, I continue to come back to Patricks, year after year, due I have been trading in and buying pre-owned Subarus from Patricks for 25+ years. Obviously, I continue to come back to Patricks, year after year, due to positive experiences. I recently traded in my Outback and considered down sizing to a Crosstrek. I was fortunate to work with Ash Shaker who truly listened to why I was trading in my vehicle and what I was looking to purchase. He was incredibly attentive to what I was looking for and why. He provided great feedback and presented me with multiple options, some I had never considered. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Crosstrek, which was not what I thought I was going to do but I could not be happier that I did. Ash took a great deal of time walking through all the various options I had (pros and cons). Once I purchased my car, he again he was most attentive to orienting me to my new car. As I have said, I have always been pleased with all of my experiences at Patricks but Ash Shaker was truly wonderful and made m purchase a fabulous experience. Thank you Ash. Nan Fellows More
Best Car Buying Experience I was not at all excited about buying a new car, but the time had come where I had to. I walked into Patrick Subaru having no idea what I was doing, a I was not at all excited about buying a new car, but the time had come where I had to. I walked into Patrick Subaru having no idea what I was doing, and caught the attention of Nate Goodro. Nate made the experience just amazing. Not knowing what I wanted when I went in he explained all the benefits of owning a Subaru. Nate asked me a bunch of questions to determine what Subaru would work best for me. The Legacy Limited was the winner. He explained all the features of the car in a way I could understand, and really went into detail on how safe the car was, especially in the snow, which was my number one concern. I felt absolutely no pressure to purchase the car. I came back a few days later and bought the car. The day I went to pick up my car, I had got stuck in traffic for about an hour and was late to my appointment. I walked in and Nate just put me at ease and finally made me EXCITED about the new car. I really can't thank him enough for making the experience so easy and stress free. I would highly recommend Patrick Subaru and Nate Goodro to everyone looking to buy a car. More

They gave me an excellent price for my trade and got my payment where I needed it to be within 15 mins. From test driving to out the door with the car only took 2 hours total! Very good experience and they have the best selection around. I will be buying another car from them in the future. More

The short version: I liked the car after driving it and offered a drive-away price I could afford, and in a 10-15 minutes we had an agreement. I was pleasantly surprised to find we could skip over the line-by-line costs & fees, any "discussions" about financing or leasing, and just talk about the final price. At signing, they offered and explained several kinds of additional warranties, but without pressure to buy them. They had the car prepped for me to pick it up the next day. Everyone I met had a friendly greeting, asked if I was being helped, or made sure someone knew I was waiting as they were leaving for the day, More
