The team at Patrick Subaru is completely different; high integrity, no games and really motivated to win our business in the right way. We are always guided by the best value we can get and by the trustworthiness of the people we transact with, and as a result our last two car purchases have been with Patrick. Joe and Al, along with everyone we dealt with (front desk, servicing dept, etc.) are all really professional and genuinely nice. Low stress, no wasted time and a great deal. More

Nate Goodro pointed out the features of the car, and answered all questions during the test drive, but did not pressure me at all. I came back a few days later after seeing a specific car I was interested in online, and after another test drive and more questions answered I purchased the vehicle. Adam from finance was also very good, made me aware of all available options, but never pressured me. My experience was unlike any I've had before, it was actually a pleasure to meet all involved. I did return about a week and a half later with a minor cosmetic complaint on my pre-owned car, Nate took the car up to the service department and quickly had the issue fixed. I would definitely buy from Patrick Subaru again. More

Efficient Service Thank you to Ash Shaker, I was able to finally trade in my 2013 Toyota Corolla for a 2016 Subaru CrossTrek. He took some significant amount of time helping me acquaint myself with said vehicle -- teaching me the pros of cons of leasing versus financing, running me through its mechanisms while giving it a test-drive. I was very pleased with how efficient he assisted me in dealing with registration and saying good bye to Toyota. The process was done within a day or two of my visit.
