Disappointed but they are trying hard I always find it funny that a dealership wants you to review them so quickly after the sale. How do they think I feel when my new Outback is less than I always find it funny that a dealership wants you to review them so quickly after the sale. How do they think I feel when my new Outback is less than 3 weeks old, still has the new car smell and is all shiny. I was all prepared to give them a better review but then a lovely recall happened. A friend of mine has a saying about looking out for people who only lend you an umbrella when its sunny out. You need people who will lend you one when its raining. Not only did the dealership not notify me about the recall, even when I finally got a hold of them after trying for two days they still didn't realize I was part of it. If it wasn't for the news I would have never had known there was a cease to operate order issued for my car. I had to call the national number who helped me arrange a rental and the tow of my $38,000 paper weight. So in conclusion they were great for the sales part of the relationship but now that they have my money not so great. Hopefully they can take care of this issue and I can change my rating but until then I have a bad taste in my mouth. UPDATE: My car in fact did have the defective column. Patrick's service department has already replaced it which is awesome. They have been very nice to deal with and I will be able to pick it up tomorrow. They would have provided a rental so I have no complaints there. My cynical side wants me to say the have been great since they got caught being not-so-great. The question I still need answered is why nobody reached out to me about this recall. I received no email, no text, I still haven't even gotten a letter in the mail yet from anyone. The fact is I was driving a car that someone failed to tell me that I shouldn't be driving. That bothers me but it might not bother you. Subaru has let me down. The people I have dealt with have all been great but the fact remains I was driving my family around in a car that someone was supposed to tell me not to be, I am still waiting to know who that was. More
A wonderful Experience I was in the market for a Subaru but found myself nervous going to a dealer figuring that they must be "sharks"... I was pleasantly surprised when my dad and I walk on the lot and in the show room that no one immediately began hounding us. The reps waited patiently for us to look around until we flagged someone down. When we did our test drive or through our buying process our sales rep Michael Kats answered all of our questions and told us if something was ill advised. I love my new Crosstrek and my dealer Patrick Subaru !!! More

We receive Excellent service from Joe Domenicucci, ("Joe D") and from the finance dept, Rob Bernier. I felt no pressure, the deal was excellent all around, with trade in, and other accessories. When walking into Patrick Subaru, it was really ironic, to be approached first by Joe Domenicucci. We remembered him six years ago when we purchased the 2010 forester...The all around experience was so smooth, we sort of second guess ourselves.
