Best car buying experience to date I have purchased several cars for both myself and my wife and this by far has been the best buying experience I have had. They offered a fair price f I have purchased several cars for both myself and my wife and this by far has been the best buying experience I have had. They offered a fair price for the new car but we were a bit off on my trade in value. I asked my sales rep (Joe Dineen who was great to work with BTW) to sharpen their pencil and he and his team were accommodating. I typically feel like I need to put the war paint on any time I am looking to negotiate a price but we came to agreement within 15 minutes of sitting down and I feel like both sides got a fair deal. And FWIW - I had done hours of research on options, pricing, etc so felt as though I was educated and prepared going into the dealership. I can't say enough about how great the team was to work with. It's too bad all dealships do not operate this way. Either way, I highly recommend Patrick Subaru and I do know we will be back. More

Everything but an inspection was done on the premises. Joe was thorough in going over all extra warrantee options without ever being pushy. He made sure I understood all interior/ dashboard systems and was very patient and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this dealer. More

I returned to my original dealer first, but was not able to get to a price at all close to what I was looking for. That night, I gave a call over to Patrick Subaru on the recommendation of a friend ... and I am so glad that I did! Tri answered the phone and we chatted about my experience. I was exact in what I was looking for and what it would take to get me into a new lease on a 2016 Crosstrek. He took down some information and said that he would call me back promptly after checking into some things. Tri contacted me about a half hour later was some pretty impressive numbers, well-exceeding my expectations! It didn't take me long to decide that Patrick Subaru was the dealership for me! The one issue is that I am not local to Shrewsbury. This did not pose a problem, though, as we were able to negotiate the entire deal over the phone, including approximating the value of my trade-in and upgrading all the speakers in the car. The following day, Al called me to continue the sales process. We had a good chat and I could tell that Al was passionate about the vehicle. We arranged a time that worked around my schedule to complete the sale. I arrived at Patrick Subaru a couple of days later, by which time Al had already had the speakers upgraded, the vehicle detailed and ready for me, and all insurance paperwork done. I spent a couple of hours at the dealership, mostly going over the new features in the vehicle. Patrick Subaru exceeded my expectations for any dealership. I highly recommend checking them out, even if they are not local to you. I don't doubt that every member of their team is as excellent as Tri and Al! Their knowledge the product, commitment to customers, and welcoming demeanor can only be compared to an experience at Disney World -- truly magical! Thanks, guys! I can't wait to return for my next Subaru. More
