On my first visit I met with Joe who showed me a bunch of foresters they had on the lot and took me on a test drive of one I was interested it. I decided against buying it because after doing the math with the monthly payments and financing rates, I would end up paying the same amount if I bought a new car that came with a warranty. I came back the next week and initially decided to hang around and wait for Joe, but he was busy helping another customer. Not wanting to keep me waiting, John came to help me out. This time I had my aunt with me to give me sound reason against my usually impulsive personality. We agreed a crosstrek made more sense for what I wanted and needed. John took us to see all the crosstreks in the back lot and took an awesome one out for us to try. I decided to buy the car! The paper work was easy and quick! Rob from financing helped me finalize everything getting me a good rate. John helped get me in my car quickly and off the lot within two days! I decided to buy the car on a Sunday and had all the paper work to sign on Monday and left with the car on Tuesday. He called to check how I liked the car and what else he can be of service for as a follow up. Truly exceptional service all around! More

Great sales experience! Went in to look at 2016 Legacy models and was approached immediately by sales person Luke Latham. Unlike other dealerships I visited that day, Luke w Went in to look at 2016 Legacy models and was approached immediately by sales person Luke Latham. Unlike other dealerships I visited that day, Luke was passionate about his job and his knowledge of the different vehicle trim levels, features, and benefits were on-point! He let me test drive and ask many questions while explaining the CVT transmission and the Eye-sight dual camera safety system. I was blown away by the many features this AWD mid size sedan had for its relatively low MSRP. He let me take the vehicle home (just down the road) to show my wife....good move I came back and worked out a deal in less than 30 minutes with Todd and Luke. While I'm sure it wasn't the best I could do, I feel as if it was a good compromise (both party's equally dissatisfied...haha). The paperwork was explained in thorough detail and you do have to sit through the obligatory finance pitch where they try to sell extended service plans, warranties, etc. but it is their job to ask and make money and as a small business manager I can appreciate that. I will say they car was perfectly detailed when I picked it up and Luke spent another hour explaining the nav system, synced my phone, went over safety features, etc......very impressive. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle here as they have perfected the sales process. I always ask how long a salesperson has worked for the dealer before I start working with them. Luke has been at Patrick for 10+'years and it showed through his professional demeanor and knowledge without being pushy. I can only hope the service experience at Patrick parallels the sales experience! More

My wife and I set a bottom line for a deal on a larger Forrester, as our Impreza was really too small for our summer trips to a cabin in upstate NY, and we set a bottom line on our monthly payments, too. Subaru met both of our numbers, and so we shook hands, Service has been outstanding, and we are excited about our new Subaru Forrester. Thanks, John, and outstanding service, Suraru! Bob was very helpful, too, on the finance side as we did add a warranty beyond the normal one. More

We started looking for a third car for our new driver so we went to talk to Luke Latham. We told him we were just starting the process and looking for a safe car with some of the new safety features. We changed our mind and went back to look at used cars. It just so happened this was the week my son was taking his driving test. We found the perfect used car! Luke stayed late so my husband could see the car after work. The day we picked up the car was priceless. We drove in and my son said his dream car was out front ( this is a Subaru Impreza). We walked over and we still did not tell him we bought the car. Luke told him to get in and start the car that's when we told him the exciting news. It was a great surprise to our son and Luke was great with him. He was excited and Luke took the time to show him all of the features. It was an easy and very pleasant buying experience. I think we have a new lifetime Subaru driver in our house. Not only was he happy but my other two boys know they will all be driving this when they get their license. We all love our Subaru! More
