It's the vehicle I wanted at about $250 more than I wanted to pay for it (I settled instead of further haggling). THINGS I LIKED ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE: Fair initial upfront pricing for my specific needs including exact model and accessories Non-pushy salesman (Al Pagliarulo) Speed with which vehicle became available to me (3 weeks for custom order) THINGS I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE: No incentives offered on vehicle (ok, fine) but also no incentive or perk offered for Black Friday initiative/promotion. No oil changes, tire rotations, complimentary care programs, exclusives (free tires, batteries for X amt of time) offered with purchase of vehicle. How do you not offer even oil changes? Or discounts on rental cars if repairs needed? Or any incentive after major purchase..? My used car purchase of a 2012 Toyota Prius from Harbro Auto (Whitinsville, Ma.) this past March came w 3 free oil changes. My new car purchase of a 2008 Pontiac G6 from Vendetti Motors (Franklin, Ma.) in Dec 2007 came w an oil change and car wash booklet. You get the point.. The TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) was tripped w indicator light on upon taking receipt of the brand new vehicle. I went back at my convenience 2 days later and waited about 2 hours for resolution that I was told would take 20 mins or less (service Dept took me in immediately) Cross bars for roof rack were not installed upon receipt of vehicle. Shoutout to salesman Al Pagliarulo for ushering it into service to be installed before we left! Only 3 months of satellite radio. Probably not a Subaru thing; however, when pitching the vehicle you do hear things like "equipped w satellite radio which comes loaded w personalized stations". I frown on advertising accessories and such that require a paid membership in such a short time upon purchase. More

I haven't had anything to complain about with regard to the dealership or their service department. I can't say that about prior cars I have owned, new and old. More

Best price without haggling! 6 months in the country I wanted to lease a car. Because I don't have a car and I work very long hours, I wanted to settle everything online. Patrick being the only dealership close to my place, I went there and Frank Wilcox offered me a lease deal according to my Visa terms. I thought I could get a better deal elsewhere and looked around. After wasting close to 6 weeks and bus trips to dealerships, I realized that Frank offered me the best possible deal. Though that is the best lease deal, I wasn't satisfied and at that point I decided to buy a car. I was speaking with a couple of dealers regarding availability and delivery times etc to suit my schedule. About that time, I received a xxu email from Patrick Subaru and inquired with them as well. They gave me a quote and it was the best I have seen, much better than the True Car and Kelly estimates. I signed the deal immediately. No haggling, no unpleasantness, very smooth and fast buying experience. At the time of delivery, there was an issue with one of the accessories. I was using wrong terminology (Did I mention that this was the first time I was buying a car?) and a lot can get lost when you are communicating through emails and not face-to-face. It was 95% my fault and I wouldn't have held them responsible if they chose not to be considerate. I asked Frank to try and help me with this 500$ accessory and told him that I was using wrong terminology due to my inexperience. I don't know who he spoke with but he came back in 5 minutes and chose to give me the accessory free of cost. I realized that they actually care about customer satisfaction more than anything. I'd go there again every single time and I recommend you do the same. More
Ask and you shall recieve We were looking to compare which Subaru Dealer gives the best deals. We priced the exact same Cross Trek and our trade. To be fair I felt that no dealer was going to know what the other dealers were quoting. They were quoting against themselves. We went into Patrick's Subaru (our 1st time there). We compared the exact same model with accessories and our trade in . Mike Katz was very warm, friendly and professional. I told Him I was comparing deals and the Dealer who gave us the best bottom line deal would get the sale. Knowing we were not going to buy the car that day 15 minutes later Mike came back with a quote on paper. We thanked Mike for his time and quote and left. We went to 2 other Dealers. The next day I called Mike and told them to order the car. Compared to the other Dealers, Patrick's price was untouchable. We picked up our 2016 Cross Trek last week and have been very happy with our new purchase More

Patrick Subaru was the dealer for me, no games, honest at all times, extremely knowledgeable and always helpful - this includes everyone that I dealt with. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had, will definitely be returning- well maybe not too soon, after reading Consumer Reports GREAT reviews on dependability and longevity of these vehicles, I probably will not need another one for many, many years!!! Guess it took the impetus of the winter of 2015 to think about all wheel drive cars! At any rate, Al was efficient and friendly and low-key and gave me plenty of time to wander around the Outbacks, obsessing over interior and exterior colors, and then ordered the car I wanted with constant check-ins over the 2 month wait to inform me about what was happening and when it was due. I picked it up just in time for the first snowfall and loved feeling completely in control. I'd recommend Subarus and Al at Patrick Motors to everyone. More
