He had thorough knowledge of each vehicle and even got me, someone who never uses cruise control, to try the auto-adjust cruise control and trust him and the car to stop without my input! That was hard, but pretty awesome. I appreciated Bob's candidness and humor as we progressed through the process of purchasing my first Suburu. P.S. I picked the Forester, and I love it! More

Darrald was great; we test drove several cars, and he was informative about the features of the vehicles, and patient as I struggled to make my decision. This is the first car I have bought from a dealership, and I was worried I would be pressured to purchase a car I could not afford, or that was more than I needed. This never happened. I felt that Darrald was genuinely interested in helping me find a car that I would be happiest in. I purchased a 2011 Subaru Impreza, and could not be happier with my car! The finance process was also fairly smooth and painless. More
