Great Experience, As Always I am on my 4th Subaru and my 2nd time doing business with Patrick (outside of their fantastic service department). I have been eyeing a Crosstrek sinc I am on my 4th Subaru and my 2nd time doing business with Patrick (outside of their fantastic service department). I have been eyeing a Crosstrek since they came out and recently took a position with a longer commute, I need something better than the gas mileage of my 2011 Forester. I worked with Joe to see about the potential for a used Tangerine Orange XV but the numbers were not working out, and since they are such a high volume dealership there wasn't many options on the lot. So we talked longer and I asked "So you have anything coming down the line, I don't NEED the car today" We then went back to looking and since I had fallen in love with the Hyper Blue on the STI that was sitting in the showroom (way over my budget) the idea that they would have a 2016 Crosstrek coming in soon I was very pleased with. I put my deposit and a few weeks later the easy process of picking up my new car. Joe took the time to go over all the details of the car (while a long time Subaru owner there are some new features I have no had prior) and set up my Bluetooth. It was a great experience where I felt cared for and not racked over the coals like you find with other dealerships. More

Another Forester in my life I stopped in at Patrick Motors to find out if any 2015 Foresters were still available as I wanted to buy my 4th Subaru. I met and dealt with Al Pagli I stopped in at Patrick Motors to find out if any 2015 Foresters were still available as I wanted to buy my 4th Subaru. I met and dealt with Al Pagliarulo and was informed that they were all gone and we went from there in a very low key, no pressure discussion and purchase of a 2016 Forester. Al did everything possible to make this purchase enjoyable and to make sure that I was comfortable through-out the process and afterward as well. This is my third Forester purchased through Patrick Motors and every experience here has been pleasant. In my estimation, you cannot want a better sales and service dealership than Patrick Motors. No sale Went there twice interested in purchasing a new Subaru. Easy Peasy I had a great experience at Patrick. I reviewed their online inventory, knew exactly what I wanted to look at, did my research, used their car trade I had a great experience at Patrick. In short, I did my homework, didn't waste anyone's time, had my title with me, and got straight down to business. Entire deal transaction came in under 3 hours (exceeding my expectations). Everyone I worked with at Patrick was friendly, honest, and no BS...just the way I like it. I decided on an in-stock model, added some accessories, and took delivery based on my schedule. I received a very fair amount for my trade and a nice discount on the car itself. Financing was super easy and done with my bank. Upon pickup, the car was spotless, to spec, and my salesperson walked me around the car as well as opened the hood to do a once over the engine compartment to familiarize me with it and then sat with me to review the interior controls, dashboard lights, features, etc. He even synced my phone/bluetooth. Totally not necessary but appreciated. I really cannot say enough great things about my experience. I would definitely recommend Patrick Subaru. More

Started with an inquiry to Patrick's internet group who were quick to respond and very helpful. Requesting a time for a test drive they set up a time for us and had us meet with salesman Nathan Goodro. Nathan was courteous and informative (nice to see a sales person who knows the product they are selling) and after expressing further interest in purchasing he was quick to present an offer that was simply put...the best. The entire process was smooth and stressless...it was the easiest car purchase we have ever made. Pricing on the new vehicle was excellent and the offer on my trade was exactly what I was hoping for...I do my research on selling prices and trade values prior to ever going to a dealership. I was amazed and so no need to go home and think about it because I already knew it was the deal we were looking for. Highly recommend Patrick and Nathan as well as the helpful people in the internet group. More

It was as comfortable a purchase as it could possibly be, and dealing with the staff at Patrick Subaru was a pleasure.
