When we picked up the vehicle, he spent a ton of time going over all of the features and it was apparent he knew the vehicle inside and out. We are about to trade in for a new 2016 Outback. I did all the Legwork for you - GO HERE I looked around alot. I was trained as a very analytical engineer. I already knew which car I wanted, and it was going to be a SUBARU. I like the Outback and my wife liked the Forester. So we went for the Forester. As the saying goes Happy wife Happy life. When I went do to get the car I arrived a bit early. I spoke to the finance girl and I asked her could she help me out as I just got a call to pick my daughter up from school. The finance girl went straight in and got my paperwork and I was on my way within 15 minutes. Great staff and service. I would recommend the to anyone. More

Jeff listened to my needs/wants Can I say I hate the whole car buying process/experience? BUT - Patrick Subaru has changed my opinion of car dealers! Jeff listened to my needs/wants and helped me pick exactly the right car without a lot of haggling and back and forth. I didn't feel like a lamb to the slaughter and everyone was so nice - they're even dog friendly (which I guess Subaru dealers should be).
