Nate Goodro was the salesman and was extremely knowledgeable about the car and Subaru's in general. He was friendly, not pushy, a great communicator and did what he could to make sure I got the best value for my trade-in and the best price on the car that I purchased. My husband and I both have Subarus from Patrick now and will be going back there again for our next cars! I highly recommend these guys! More

He is consistently knowledgeable, helpful and never pushy. He actually checks in weeks after a purchase to make sure everything is okay and invites any questions we might have. At the time of pickup of the vehicle, he spends time with us going over everything in the car. He is the only salesman we've had that's "gone the extra mile" like that. For our most recent purchase, we didn't even shop around at other dealerships. We only wanted to work with Al Pags! More

I had always dreaded the whole car-buying negotiation and pressure. Then my wife told me that a friend from her health club had just bought 2 cars from Patrick Subaru. I was leaning toward an Outback to replace our 2003 Taurus station wagon. We drove there, and Joe Dineen immediately put us at ease. He was helpful, no pressure, and patient in explaining the process. He kept us informed whenever there was an update in the status of the delivery date. If we called with a question and he was unavailable, he'd get back to us promptly. And he did a great job explaining how everything worked when we came to pick up the car. It was great to work with him. More

Great customer service from Stephanie and Team Stephanie was great. My wife and I were looking to buy our first car together and we had an offer from TrueCar. I brought my KBB trade in value, my Tr Stephanie was great. My wife and I were looking to buy our first car together and we had an offer from TrueCar. I brought my KBB trade in value, my TrueCar offer, and the down payment and told her that I wanted to walk out with the specific Crosstrek. We were able to pay the monthly payment that we were shooting for, I got what I wanted for my trade in, and the TrueCar price was honored. I was very happy with everything and would definitely go back there for my Wife's next car. More

Handling. I am quite content with the experience I received at this Subaru. I walked in on a Friday afternoon to test drive a new Rex and my saleswoman Stephan I am quite content with the experience I received at this Subaru. I walked in on a Friday afternoon to test drive a new Rex and my saleswoman Stephanie was glad to oblige. As she told interesting anecdotes about the car, which may or may not be part of her routine, she also demonstrated its amazing handling. With each turn down a winding road, “Handling. Handling. See this? Handling.” I was sold. Needless to say, even the premium models do in fact go 0 to 100 real quick, real quick. When it came to financing Rob got me an excellent rate at a credit union and the price was within the reasonable range for both TrueCar and KBB. Granted TrueCar no longer shows actual cost to dealership but it’s still a good indicator. At the time of signing paperwork I insisted on leaving and returning the next day. There was actually no logical reason for this, it was just my way of rationalizing this not being an impulse purchase. At home I checked interest rates online and was unable to find a lower one. Best of all, the credit union didn't require me to give up my first born child - a checking account with direct deposit is all they required. This is it I thought, no more chasing waterfalls. I came back the next way and finalized the purchase. Stephanie, thru her numerous connects, also got me a legit auto insurance quote. I tried negotiating a better rate with Progressive but the rep started ranting on about all the years of experience he has. “Cool story bro.” Then I hung up. All in all I can say I didn’t leave with a bad vibe. TLDR: Would recommend. More
