I'm sure they knew what I could find for information on the internet (it's their business to know), and the price we agreed on within minutes matched the best of my references. It was just easy. I'm HYPER CRITICAL about who I will recommend and who I will not. Patrick Subaru has always come through for me and therefore will get my recommendation, IN SPADES!!! My most recent experience was with my 2013 Impreza Limited. The car had an issue with it's engine (not Patricks issue, Subaru's) and they bent over backwards to help me out with it. When I realized that I didnt want the car any longer, I approached Luke Latham (my salesman throughout all 3 cars) and said "we have to talk". He not only had what I wanted in stock, but got me traded in on my old car, financed with the new car, plates transferred with the registry, and fully delivered in time for me to get to my 10 year old daughters birthday party by 3:00 that day. They treat ya right there and I truly enjoy dealing with them. More
