In June of this year I decided that I wanted to get a new car, I previously had a 2008 Subaru Legacy, I test drove the 2015 WRX and 2015 Legacy as wel In June of this year I decided that I wanted to get a new car, I previously had a 2008 Subaru Legacy, I test drove the 2015 WRX and 2015 Legacy as well as a couple other brands of cars. Eventually I narrowed it down to exactly what I wanted and I contacted Luke Latham at Patrick, as he came recommended to me and he did not disappoint. He was extremely busy with other customers when I was trying to get in contact with him, but he always called back, even after hours. Even more, I was on vacation while I was making the purchase so Luke went another step beyond and did everything over the phone or via text message, so when it came time to actually make the purchase all I had to do was sign the paperwork! The process was very smooth and efficient! Then when it came time to go home Luke spent the time to show me all of the features in the car and how to use them. I grow very attached to my cars and was definitely sad about letting my old one go, but this happy experience really made the transition easier! More

She provided great trade in allowance, great customer service, she is knowledgeable about the product, a real "anti-car salesperson", and was a fair mediator between myself and the dealership. Worke Simple and easy. Used TrueCar through my bank to purchase a 2016 WRX Limited through Patrick Subaru and the whole process was straightforward. Worked with Bob LaCrosse, a veteran salesman, and his experience was evident. I had a pretty confusing trade in (title in wrong name, registration w/ wrong insurance, etc) and he took care of everything. My bank was also a huge hassle, nitpicking on the provided paperwork and multiple staff at Patrick bent over backwards to secure the transaction as quickly as possible. If that wasn't enough, I somehow got a giant bolt embedded in my tire the day before I was scheduled to trade it in and they honored the original agreed upon trade in value without hesitation. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Patrick Subaru! More
