We spent 2x as We recently bought two used Subaru models in a 48 hour period. 2014 Crosstrek at Patrick, 2008 Forrester at Long Subaru in Webster. We spent 2x as much at Patrick as at Long, based on model and year; 22k versus 11k. The salesman at Patrick seemed snotty and aloof. their finance closer kept pressuring us to get costly and REALLY questionable extended warranty coverage - (DON'T DO IT!) At Long, Matt Orn was the best car salesman we have met in a decade. He went the extra mile and found a couple accessory items needed for the car at no cost to us. Patrick did not get an inspection sticker, would not fill the gas tank and offered no other perk. Long Subaru had the sticker before we left, filled the tank and will give us our first oil change for free. SEEMS PRETTY OBVIOUS DOESN'T IT?? We were reluctant to deal with Patrick as this is the way they always were in the past, but in the used market one has to follow what is available. However, never, NEVER again..... More
