Painless Purchase - 2012 Impreza Sport I knew the type of car, price and mileage I wanted. My fiance negotiated with the dealer and received a fair deal. My two complaints: Even though the salesman said they would have the car "all ready for me", I was informed there was no sticker because - "They don't do that here." Okay, I wasn't there for the negotiations so I guess I have to take the salesman's word for that one. Number 2 was after getting the car home, I discovered the cooling fluid was very low and need to purchase some. I think preparing a car for a customer to drive should involve more than a wash and vacuum. Love, love, love the car! I would buy a car from them again. More
