Worth the Trip. My wife and I were long time Jeep owners. Frustrated with engine issues on our last two Liberties, we decided to research and compare and test drive the Subaru Forrester, CRV, RAV4, Ford Escape and Explorer. Patrick Subaru was definitely worth the visit; actually a few visits. All questions were answered with no hard sell. Our sales person, "Luke" was very patient. Thanks to Luke, we left the dealership fully confident that we knew everything about our Forester. Luke even took the time to program my wife's cell phone into the system. I can't remember a time that we purchased a car that was less stressful; from the test ride, to the many questions answered, negotiation, purchase, financing and pick-up, everything went smoothly. If all works well with our first Subaru (Forester), we will definitely consider purchasing our next SUV at Patrick Subaru. It's definitely worth the Trip! More

Very Good Trade In Allowance Had bought our 1st Subaru Outback in 2009 from "Luke" following a memorable test drive experience. We asked him how it went in the snow and without he Had bought our 1st Subaru Outback in 2009 from "Luke" following a memorable test drive experience. We asked him how it went in the snow and without hesitation he guided us to a grass field with at least a foot accumulated. Id be hesitant to drive my 4WD truck on this surface but Luke insisted we hit the gas. Incredibly the car drove like it was on dry pavement, Luke in the back seat (grinning ear to ear) was yelling "Do Some Doughnut's"!! Of course we had to comply. 92,000 Miles later we set out to test drive new vehicles and was curious about our trade in value. Working with Stephanie and following little haggling we left with a new Impreza. These cars basically sell themselves but the staff & support at Patrick bring it to a new level. Hat's off to Walter (in parts) as well who is very helpful in providing diagrams, etc. Never had any major problems with the outback and was promptly notified of recall issues. So far so good with the new Subaru, Thank You. More

Poor experience I brought my car in five times in a month's time for a bunch of issues I had while the car was under warranty. The service department gave me incorrect information (I almost sold the car based on what they told me), they never had a loaner car available, and they never called me back when they said they would. Even the department manager was awful. In their defense Melissa helped me out with some of my issues, and Jason Patrick personally called and apologized to me, but my experiences were so bad I cannot recommend anyone ever going to Patrick Subaru. More
