Low pressure and helpful. I was guided to the right car I worked with Bob LaCrosse during a two day span. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and didn't put any pressure on me for time or vehicle. After day one, I told him I'd need to sleep on the purchase and he didn't put any pressure to buy on me. On day two Bob put me in a number of vehicles and helped me come to a decision on a new Legacy. He gave me practical xxxxxxand con's and helped me make a smart choice, never felt like I was dealing with a salesperson as much as an advisor of sorts. It was pretty refreshing. More
