It’s not every day Dear Patrick Motors: I am writing to commend the excellent service that I received while working with Brenda Ford. It’s not every day that one finds their car towed into a dealership more than a hundred miles from home and very broken. I had no idea how I was going to get home. Brenda took control and had a rental car agency come and get me within 20 minutes. The next day, Brenda was on the phone to me with the bad news that my car would need a new engine. She arranged a loaner car for me so that I did not have to continue encoring rental car fees. She kept me informed through every step of the process during my car repairs. Although all of the news was not good, I always knew what was going on. It took several weeks to get my car running again. Brenda saw that I got a discount on new rear brakes and a loyalty card with $150 on it that I can use for future repairs or parts. Times are very stressful when one is looking at expensive repairs. Brenda was caring and continually went out of her way to help me through the situation. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciated her help, how caring she was and how much she made things better for me. She is a very special person to me and I wanted to make sure that everyone knows just how wonderful she is to work with. All the best to your dealership and to Brenda Ford. Felt Like I Knew So Much About Cars I stopped at Patrick Subaru after making my way down the route 9 dealerships in the Worcester area. I was interested in getting a car that worked bett I stopped at Patrick Subaru after making my way down the route 9 dealerships in the Worcester area. I was interested in getting a car that worked better in all different weather conditions. I had test drove a Jeep and a Toyota earlier in the day but just didn't feel like they were right. I had no idea why I thought but my gut said so. Upon walking into Patrick I was greeted quickly and spoken to like a equal. I know very little about cars but as I explained what I had experienced with the Jeep and Toyota earlier in the day Phil pieced together what I had experienced into real car terms and helped me decide what I was looking for. When we took the Outback out for a test drive you walked through all the pieces of the car making me feel like I knew way more than I did and helping me see why the car would be the right fit for me. I walked away and came back a month later because of the amazing experience I had had that day. Thank you More

Our growing family made my 2011 Impreza too small so we went in looking for a fair deal on my car and a good price on a new 2015 Forester. We were a bit jaded with car buying and sales people in general so we did A LOT of research on Blue Book values, Consumer Reports, etc. However, our experience with Joe Dineen was great. We felt he wasn't trying to scam us and was open and honest about what he could give us for a trade-in value and explained the pricing on the new Forester. The numbers closely matched the research we had done. He was patient with all our questions and even though we were there late, we never felt rushed. He explained all the features and could answer every question we threw at him about the car and its features. Needles to say, we were impressed. If you are looking to buy a Subaru, go see Joe Dineen. Sales Manager Steve Rivo gave me the grand tour and introduced me to the Outback. I was immediately impressed although at this point, was not sure we were ready to buy a new car. Three or four weeks later I informed Steve I would be returning with my wife as she would be the primary driver. Upon arrival, Steve introduced us to Joe Dineen who walked us through the Outback inside, outside, under the hood and then for a test drive. Joe answered all our questions about options, financing and availability. Joe was knowledgeable, professional and patient. We were sold, literally! I picked up our Subaru today. The handover was as thorough as I have experienced. Joe could not have been more engaged and enthusiastic if he were the one buying the car. He clearly believes in his product and loves selling Subaru's. A great buying experience; highly recommended. More
