Excellent Experience Hello, My name is Doug and I just purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback from Patrick Subaru and I love it. Right when I walked in the door I was greeted Hello, My name is Doug and I just purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback from Patrick Subaru and I love it. Right when I walked in the door I was greeted by Joe Dinneen and needless to say, I was impressed. I myself am a salesman so I know what to expect every time I make a transaction no matter the size. Joe really looked out for me during the entire sale and was extrememly friendly. Joe could have sold me a more expensive vehicle but he was interested in finding me the right car for the right price. I have been reading a book called Integrity Selling and Joe fits the bill of a superb salesman based on the information I have read from this book. I was also helped by Rob and Tri in Finance. Both of whom were also extremely friendly and upbeat. When I encountered both Tri and Rob it was towards the end of their shift and they treated me as if I was the first person they had seen all day. Rob walked me through all of the necessary items and didn't move to fast so that I wouldn't be able to comprehend. I could immediatedly tell that both Rob and Tri really enjoy their jobs which really makes me feel that I went to the right place. My overall experience was well beyond anything I could ask for. Easiest most enjoyable car buying experience ever! I walked into Patrick Motors with the intention of purchasing a used car to replace one that was recently totaled, and was immediately greeted by Phil I walked into Patrick Motors with the intention of purchasing a used car to replace one that was recently totaled, and was immediately greeted by Phil Sheridan. His friendly, upbeat and no-pressure demeanor really put me at ease, as I was pretty nervous about replacing my car and dealing with yet another car salesman (I’ve purchased few cars before and every time I’ve always felt that I was getting cheated in some way) - however, with Phil I really felt that I was getting a great deal and none of the run-around I’d previously experienced from other dealerships. I had my eye on a couple of used Foresters on the lot, and Phil helped me pick the one that best suited my needs and finances. He was very attentive and patient as I got all my paperwork together and throughout the financing approval process, and once approved he basically got everything ready for me so all I had to do was come and get my “new” car! Which I absolutely love, by the way… especially since the whole process of getting it was so easy! I would definitely recommend Phil Sheridan and Patrick Subaru to anyone who is looking for a new or used Subaru! More
